Refund and Returns Policy

Duration and Eligibility

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Returns are only accepted when the reason for return is valid and falls under our acceptable return reasons.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from returns:

  • Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software and digital products
  • Health and personal care items

Bookings and Digital Products

  • Digital products, including software downloads, e-learning materials, and digital assets, are non-refundable once delivered/access granted.
  • Bookings for services/events/appointments can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made later are non-refundable unless due to a valid, documented issue.
  • If a digital product or booking is found to be defective or inaccessible due to a technical error on our part, please contact us within 7 days for review.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted if:

  • The item shows obvious signs of use
  • The original packaging is missing
  • The return is initiated after 30 days but within 45 days, depending on case review
  • Items are damaged or incomplete due to reasons not caused by us

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Re-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card provider.
  3. Contact your bank (processing times may vary).
  4. Still no refund? Contact us at travel@thebrainstormkid.com.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are final and non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email us at travel@thebrainstormkid.com and send the item to CG Road, Paldi, Ahmedabad 380007, Gujarat.


Gifts

If the item was a gift shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. If it was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


Shipping Returns

Mail your product to: CG Road, Paldi, Ahmedabad 380007, Gujarat.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. If eligible, shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

For expensive items, we recommend using trackable shipping or shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
